Licensed Waste Treatment

Landfill costs are rising, hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal costs can be extremely high. We offer different ways to treat waste, with the intent to gain inert status and save you money.

Asbestos

The UK banned asbestos in 1999, although it still appears as a result of renovations or on demolished sites. It is hazardous to remove and presents serious health risks. We can provide non-licensed asbestos removal and have partnerships throughout the UK & Ireland to deal with licensed asbestos.

Brownfield Sites

Brownfield sites can often make great development sites, but sometimes they need some pre-work to ensure maximum viability. There is a wide range of different issues possible, including the requirement of earthworks or the removal/treatment of contamination.

Under ideal conditions, Giant Hogweed can grow to a height of 18ft. If the sap touches human skin, it breaks down our UV protection and can cause long-lasting scars. We can remove this plant along with any possibility of it returning.

Himalayan Balsam

Himalayan Balsam can spread like wildfire and outgrow all other species in its surroundings. With an aggressive seed distribution method featuring a seed pod that explodes when disturbed. The seeds can spread many metres from the plant. We can provide you with all the options available for treatment on your site.

Japanese Knotweed

As far as invasive plant species go, this is one of the most recognisable. It is illegal to cause or allow the plant to spread, and it is a notifiable waste. The presence of Japanese Knotweed on or near a property can make it challenging to secure a mortgage. We can provide multiple treatment options, tailored to your requirements.
